External
Candle Candle The candle has a hollow cone shape and is made of cotton cloth impregnated with mineral and beeswax. It is 23 – 24 cm long, its lower diameter is 1.1 – 1.3 cm and its upper diameter is 1.5 – 1.8 cm. The wax dissolves evenly when the candle is lit, does not run off and burns without forming wax drops. The result of recent years has been an aromatized candle that combines the mechanism of action of aromatherapy and body candle. In this case, the inner surface of the candle is impregnated with natural essential oils.
Meridians and meridian points
The meridian system is a scientifically recognized and used method, as well as other traditional Chinese healing techniques, acupuncture, acupressure and reflexology. Meridians are energy pathways through which life energy flows. The system consists of 12 basic meridians related to internal organs. According to this theory, physical symptoms and pain are caused by disturbances in the flow of vital energy. Flow may be affected by stimulation of major meridian points (acupuncture / acupressure points) that alleviate symptoms. Body candles help stimulate these points and thus contribute to the regeneration of the body.
Meridians are pressure-sensitive points that have more receptors than any other skin site. At these points, an increased amount of carbon dioxide is excreted through the skin. They represent balancing, calming and reviving points.
How a body candle works
A candle placed on the treated part of the body or on the skin stimulates the nerve endings or meridian points found on the skin with its fumes, vapors, heat generated and a gentle vacuum effect. Smoke under pressure first penetrates the skin into the subcutaneous tissue, where the active substance binds outdated and accumulated impurities. Subsequently, after the body candle has warmed up, the thrust reverses and the smoke begins to rise. The dirt is then pulled from the subcutaneous tissue into the candle, where it is trapped on the bottom wall.
In addition, due to its bio-energy effect, the candle helps to eliminate distortions in the complex energy system of the human body that arise from illnesses or disorders due to external influences. When the body candle is applied, extracts of essential oils enter the body through the enlarged pores of the skin (see The role of essential oils), energy blocks are released. The candle helps to create a feeling of peace and harmony, activates the lymphatic system, detoxification and healing process.
The body weight candle is placed in or below the navel. It releases lymph flow and blood circulation, warms the abdominal cavity, helping to accelerate metabolism, cleanse and detoxify the body, improve intestinal peristalsis and harmonize its activity.

candle is made from the following natural ingredients: beeswax, food wax of mineral origin and cotton cloth. Aromatized candles have an internal surface impregnated with natural essential oil. For dyeing candles environmentally safe and safe food dyes (eg carotene, chlorophyll, propolis) are used.
In the lower part of the candle there is a filter made of several layers of protective gauze, which is to prevent eventual products of combustion process falling on the skin of the treated person. The gauze is attached to the bottom of the candle by a ring made of the candle’s own material.

Body candle application procedure
- Tools: body candle, protective paper disc, candle light bowl, larger natural canvas without artificial fibers (eg diaper, towel, cloth) to protect the body, matches or lighter.
- Position the person to be treated so that you can access the area to be treated as comfortable as possible, and the person themselves will feel comfortable. Everything must be done to protect the body of the person being treated against the dangers of using an open flame. Cover the area of the treated part of the body with a cloth of non-synthetic fabric. The candle burns without running down the wax and protects the bottom surface with gauze from any internal wax leakage.
- Place the protective paper disc on the bottom of the candle. Light the candle at the wider diameter end.
- Place the narrower end of the candle on the selected part of the skin so that smoke only forms inside the candle. If the smoke also escapes from the bottom of the candle, fine-tune the position of the candle by rotating it around its axis until the smoke stops escaping.
- Wait for the candle to burn to the indicated location and then extinguish the burning top of the candle by immersion in water (risk of fire).
- After the candle has been applied, it is advisable for the treated person to remain still for 10 – 15 minutes.
Important Notice
We do not recommend applying the candle to yourself because of the risk of fire or burns.
