Magnesium is a natural magnesium bath, massage and mouthwash.

Magnesium is the most important mineral for humans and all living organisms. It is a mineral regeneration that limits the degenerative processes of an aging body. Calcium allows muscle contraction and magnesium to relax.

The efficacy of the product is optimal when the skin is supple, hydrated, steamed, perfused, relaxed, massaged than when the skin is dry, cold and unprepared.

Bath: 4 – 8 tablespoons or 57 – 114 ml of body magnesium in a hot bath for up to 30 minutes (after physical exertion, massage, fatigue, stress, etc.).

Foot bath:4 – 8 tablespoons or 57 – 114 ml body magnesia in a 20 l hot bath covered with a towel for up to 20 minutes. Intensive baths daily for about 4 weeks.

Spraying: directly on part or whole body (can be diluted 1: 1 with drinking water). Spread thoroughly.

Mouth rinses: 1 – 2 injections of sprayer into 2 dcl of lukewarm water, hold in mouth and spit. It reduces the acidity of the oral cavity.

Recommendation: When preparing solutions using body magnesium, start with a lower concentration of magnesium in water and gradually try the highest concentration that is pleasant and tolerable for you.
