Symbi-lakt ® has been developed to support and restore the intestinal microflora. It contains a mixture of live Lactobacillus acidophilus spec. in the amount of 15 billion in one capsule , which due to their properties are considered beneficial for the digestive tract and are a natural part of the intestinal microflora.
These bacteria are part of the natural microflora found in the intestines. If they are destroyed, it has a very bad effect on the whole organism. This is especially the case in medicamentous treatments (antibiotics, chemotherapy, steroids, hormonal preparations, etc.), stress, exhaustion, smoking, alcohol abuse, ingestion of food and beverages containing preservatives and stabilizers or infested with fungi. As a consequence of their disappearance, putrefaction bacteria multiply in the intestine, producing various toxic substances. Absorption of nutrients or synthesis of vitamins (eg vitamin B6 or vitamin K) is impaired. Toxins, along with pathogenic microorganisms, ie bacteria, yeasts and other fungi, subsequently penetrate into other parts of the body and are frequent causes of inflammation, mycoses, headache, fatigue, depression and weakening of the immune system, which in turn leads to susceptibility to other diseases. Constipation or diarrhea is a frequent consequence of destruction of the intestinal microflora.
Symbi-lakt ® is realized in the form of specially prepared capsules with slowed dissolution, as most lactobacilli pass through it more easily and intact to their destination, ie the small and large intestine. The capsules also contain sufficient fiber and Carlsbad hot spring salts to ensure their nutrition and rich reproduction at the beginning of their release at targeted digestive tract sites. Karlovy Vary thermal spring salt contains a number of mineral salts and trace elements, most of which are sodium and potassium salts.

Probiotics are living microorganisms that naturally occur in the human digestive tract. Prebiotics are natural sugars that promote the growth of probiotic bacteria.
Symbi-lakt ® is a suitable food supplement especially:
- during and after antibiotic treatment, which helps to restore disturbed intestinal microflora
- diarrhea or constipation
- in case of bad breath
- in case of excessive flatulence
- with impaired acid-base balance in the vagina
- in case of mold
HPMC capsules are two-piece capsules composed of hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose. Being entirely of plant origin, these capsules fully meet the diverse cultural, religious and dietary habits. They are therefore suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Optimal fluid intake is 3-4 dcl of water per 10 kg body weight. Drink liquids with small sips throughout the day, but no later than 7pm.
