The protection of the buyer’s personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “buyer”) is provided in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”), and with the relevant national laws on the protection of personal data.

6. Recipients and other processors of personal data

The personal data you provide will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent, except in the following situations.

6.1. Recipients of personal data – handover for performance of the contract

Customer’s personal data is also required to be provided to the relevant person if this obligation is imposed by law or regulation by the competent public authorities (for example, because of criminal prosecution).

7. Other purposes for the processing of personal data
